Standard shipping is free on orders of €30 or more. For orders below €30, standard shipping costs €5.90. The final delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Orders are normally prepared within 48 hours. During holidays or unusually busy periods, processing may take longer. Standard delivery commonly takes 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier. Available tracking details are sent to the email used at checkout.

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Email support@perfely.com with your order number before sending an item back. Items must meet the conditions on our Delivery and Returns page. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, include clear photos so we can review the issue. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5 business days after the returned item has been inspected. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the funds. We will explain any issue that affects your refund.

Email support@perfely.com with your order number and a clear description of your question. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, attach photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. Please do not send passwords or complete payment-card details.
