This notice explains the use of intellectual property on Perfely and how to report suspected infringement.

1. Website content and ownership

Perfely’s original website content and brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Other materials may be used under permission, licence or another lawful basis. Browsing or buying from the store does not transfer intellectual property rights to you.

2. Using website materials

You may use website materials for personal shopping purposes, including keeping a copy of your order information. Commercial reuse, redistribution or modification requires permission from the relevant rights holder unless applicable law allows it. Please retain copyright and other ownership notices on any permitted copies. Nothing in this notice restricts uses protected by law.

3. Third-party intellectual property

Rights in third-party brands, product imagery and other protected materials belong to their respective owners. A product listing or reference to a brand does not by itself establish an endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

4. Reporting suspected infringement

If you own the relevant rights or are authorized to represent the owner, send your report to support@perfely.com. To help us identify and assess the issue, please include:

• Your name and an email address where you can be reached.
• The work, trademark or other right involved, with supporting records or reference links where available.
• The exact Perfely page URLs and an explanation of the material you believe infringes those rights.
• Evidence that you hold the rights or have authority to act for the owner.
• The action you are requesting and a statement that your report is accurate to the best of your knowledge and submitted in good faith.

Please provide only information relevant to the complaint. Do not include passwords, payment card details or unrelated sensitive information.

5. Handling reports

Reports are reviewed using the information available. Further details may be requested, and the relevant supplier or content provider may be contacted. Where appropriate, disputed material may be restricted, corrected or removed. A report does not automatically establish infringement; any response will take account of applicable law and the rights of those involved.
