This policy explains how orders placed through Perfely are processed and delivered.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 48 hours. During launches, holidays or unusually busy periods, processing may take longer. Once an order has shipped, available tracking details will be sent to the email used at checkout.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on orders €29.99+
€5.90 shipping on orders under €29.99. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery commonly takes 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, peak-season volume or other events outside reasonable control.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch. Items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels; when available, a tracking reference will be provided for each parcel.

Address changes

Please check the delivery address carefully before placing an order. Contact support@perfely.com promptly if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or handling charges. Unless checkout expressly states that these costs are included, they are the recipient’s responsibility.

Delayed or missing parcels

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, check the delivery address, safe locations and household members before contacting the carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, email us with your order and tracking numbers so we can assist.
